It depends on your plan — Basic is twice a month, Standard is weekly, and Concierge is twice weekly (8 visits). We can also add extra visits any time you need them.
We follow a full checklist: exterior walk-around, interior inspection, A/C and thermostat, running water and flushing toilets, checking for leaks, moisture, and pests, verifying doors and windows are secure, and more depending on your plan. Every visit ends with a photo report.
After each visit you'll get a branded report emailed to you — with the checklist results, interior temperature and humidity, photos, and any recommendations. You can also see everything in the app.
We alert you right away through the app and email. If it's urgent, we'll call. We can also coordinate trusted vendors to handle repairs with your approval.
